If you book a trip with our company you agree to the following cancellation policies and terms of use:
Key West Papa fishing charters cannot be held responsible for any damages or injury that may occur when using a recommendation or reservation from for our site.
* Cancellations 7 Days prior to your activity taking place you will receive a full refund.
* Cancellations within 7 Days prior to your tour date will be issued a rain check for deposit amount good for 2 years.
* Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your activity taking place you may be charged the full amount of the activity price.
* Cancellations due to inclement weather are charged no cancellation fee if, and only if, the activity operator has cancelled the excursion.
* Cancellations due to cruise ship itinerary changes will not be charged a cancellation fee. You must present proof of itinerary change.
* No refunds will be given once an activity has taken place.
* Groups of 10 or more and Private Charters must cancel at least 10 Days prior or may be charged in full by the vendor unless otherwise agreed by the tour operator.
* Reservations made within the policy may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of reservation but must meet the minimimum of 24 hours
